"Host Elena was most gracious and helpful. Information on how things work in the apartment was available. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is in the old part of the city but close to trams, restaurants, and shops which made it a bit noisy at night. Our only real issue was the corruped Vrbo directions message which made it difficult to find. "

"The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy. "The apartment is nicely decorated, and the location in old town is excellent. They are very clear before booking about the five flights of stairs with no elevator access. "Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws . "

"We were unable to access the property on the first night as they had forgotten to put the key into the lockbox. No one was available at the phone number given, no one responded to What's App, instagram or Facebook so we had to find a hotel. "Hosts were welcoming. Location is great. Living, dining, kitchen and bathroom good. The loo & bedrooms not so good. The loo needs not only paint, but some decoration in the way of pictures & coordinated towel ring & curtain. New bedside tables, lamps, blankets and bedspreads with some coordinating colours are needed in the bedrooms. The dishware also needs attention. More wine glasses, coffee mugs, and bowls are needed. The whole apartment needs a coat of paint."
