"Excellent location for visiting St Louis University. Checking in late at night was annoying, because there was no one in person and I had to fill out forms over the Internet on my phone. Free parking is nice but it was a longer walk than I expected (12 minutes)"

"I booked this place as a late birthday weekend with/concert with my partner; turned into a "we're getting married!" concert weekend. We're cage fiends and this was the perfect spot - esp since I didn't tell my partner and wanted him to go in blind. The listing was accurate, minus how steep the loft ladder stairs truly are. It was a little hard to find at first since the house numbers are on the porch behind some foliage. Check in was a breeze, clean space, excellent decor. "

"I felt at home immediately! Literally every amenity was thought of from olive oil and garlic powder to make-up wipes and Bath and Body shower gel.The house was beautifully decorated and all the wonderful information on the guide book was top notch. I really enjoyed the neighborhood. Having lived in the STL metro 5 years before need to stay here. I always love learning about parts of STL and South CITY STL residence are a class unto themselves. "For a group of empty nesters, a girls trip has a different meaning than it does when you're in your 20s and 30s. This place gives you a chance to relax, let loose a little, get out of your comfort zone a little, fish, go kayaking, and spend some well deserved time together. "

"My husband and I were in St Louis for a Cardinals game and this little place was perfect for us. The bed was comfy and the place looked exactly like the pictures. It was a great location and we had a wonderful experience! Would definitely stay again in the future."

"The home was very clean & properly supplied. Dr Koura was very quick to respond to any issue that arose. Me & my bridal party were comfortable & enjoyed the claw foot tubs in the baths. A nice bonus is the private little deck & yard in back! Thank you Dr Koura!"

"Had a weekend getaway to STL. This place was perfect for everyone. The only con would be tgat it lacked home vibes. There wasnt any decir and was bare bones. But that isnt a big deal at all. I would absolutely book this place again next time qe go!"

"There was 1 towel for each person and we had to get those from the clothes dryer. There were 3 people in our party, there were only 2 coffee cups. The table in the kitchen only had 2 chairs and the table was barely large enough to put 2 plates on it. Couldn't use the carport because there was an old piano and pieces of wood being kept in it. Absolutely no curb appeal. If all I saw was the outside, I wouldn't even inquire which is unfortunate because the inside appears to be all new and if nice"
