"This hotel was very well kept staff were polite & helpful. A few of my favorite things about this hotel was the room was very clean, the pool area was gorgeous with a nice jacuzzi & pond within the area. Also there was a shopping center/mall on the premises which had multiple items u can get if forgotten at home or unable to bring through TSA. Many restaurants to choose from room service was also 10/10. The front desk even checked to see if our room was ready ahead of time & they definitely...

"Great hotel. I was here for one week. The room is very comfortable. Has a sitting area. I love the kitchen area. We had a great view of the lagoon or the lake. Staff is very friendly. It’s in a great location (close to the airport) and just coming back to Miami and staying in a nice hotel like this just made my entire vacation even better. I will definitely be coming back here again next time I’m in Miami. Highly recommended"

"Night check in was not good. They charged me a deposit which was NOT returned the next day as promised. And they weren’t even apologetic about it. The shuttle stops serving at 9 pm, not 12pm. But! The day time shuttle driver was awesome and helpful and kind. And the pool was lovely."
