"Check-in und Check-out gestalteten sich für uns leider recht kompliziert – hier wäre eine klarere Kommunikation im Vorfeld wünschenswert gewesen. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings hätte der Boden gründlicher gereinigt werden können, und bei der Bettwäsche sollte verstärkt auf mögliche Motten geachtet werden.
