"Centrally located. Very clean and well equipped properly. Lovely comfortable bed. The agent Jeanine was extremely helpful and it was easy to contact her. Smart TV with some English channels. I cannot fault this property."

"This is a great accommodation. Where we had issue was the listing says it is the ENTIRE HOME. This is a shared space and not all private. The listing needs corrected. We do not rent shared spaces because of privacy. Except for this it was a good place."

"Das Ferienhaus ist alleinstehend und am Rande von Churwalden. Es ist gut eingerichtet und bietet genug Stauraum.
Eine gewisse Grundausstattung fehlte uns (bspw. Backpapier). Man muss auch selber Handseife und die lokalen Abfallsäcke besorgen. WC-Papier hatte es gerade so knapp."

"Es war wunderschön, danke. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, sehr gut gelegen und bei der Einrichtung wurde an alles gedacht.

"We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and spacious apartment. Everything was clean and the location couldn't be beat. Communication with the owner on a couple of occasions was prompt and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!!
The only advice I would give, since we also own a vacation rental property, is to provide some introductory instructions for various things. Most of the appliances were unfamiliar to us in terms of how to use them. It took us 20 minutes how to figure out how...
