Before booking, I specifically called ahead to confirm that the hot tub was operational because that was one of the main reasons I chose this location. I was assured it was working. After I arrived, I was told it was actually out of service. I did checkout Saturday night because we had no power from the storm but the gentleman at the front desk was so great said I wouldn't be charged for Saturday stay due to power outage. I think that was so great they would do that I was booked until Sunday! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I will stay there anytime im in Norman OK."

"It was quiet. There was no soap in our room. We asked for it the next day. When they cleaned our room, they did not leave anymore makeup wipes. The room was clean. Someone tracked clay through the parking lot, and it was all over the hotel floors and elevators. It was somewhat cleaned up after a couple of days.
