"The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't. Tub had dirty spots on the wall , tub looked stained. There was wadded up candy wrappers in the floor on the side of toilet. Parking in the back where my room was, is very tight."

"The property and the hotel are very nice and well maintained. Th decor is beautiful and the room was fantastic. The only thing I did not like was parking is $14 a day and no included with your stay."

"I want to start out by saying that the staff at the front desk were amazing! Super friendly and incredibly helpful. I have zero complaints about the folks who work there - they are wonderful. We were coming in for a graduation at OU. ALL of the hotels in the area completely gouge the prices and more than triple their rates. The Thunderbird was VERY reasonable. A little info about the Lodge: This place is old and dated! If you don't smoke, make sure you are reserving a nonsmoking room!! ...

"Little bit older but a good place to stay. The staff were friendly. We did have a loose handle, the lock side, in our bathroom and did inform the front desk staff about it when we checked out. We didn't break it! We stayed here for the Luke Combs concert. Breakfast is available in the mornings. We definitely would stay there again if ever in the area again."

"House looks very run down and the yard is horrible not to mention its in a sketchy neighborhood. Code wouldn't work to get in into the house. When we got in the house smelled musty and like rotten trash. It was so horrible we had to go buy air freshners and candles to mask the smell. There were roaches all over in the kitchen cabinets and the pots/pans looked like they were 25 yrs old. One of the toilets rocked as it wasn't even fastened down. "Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund!"
