" We stayed there for 4 nights We received a not very clean apartment with minimal consideration Not even a single tea bag. The place does not provide a towel change service and for the entire period we only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper. The place is beautiful and nice"

"Stayed for 2 days in May. Lovely place with friendly staff. Mickelo was very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed having breakfast with guests. The hotel restaurant is very good and just below the hotel. Rooms are huge and unique with beautiful art work on the walls and gorgeous ceilings. Right in the heart of town. You fall asleep to the sounds of bells. Would recommend for those that want a city experience."

"Jacopo and his family were super friendly, the restaurant is the best in Montepulciano and the views are breathtaking. If we come back we will stay at Osteria del Borgo again without a doubt. "

"Our stay was wonderful and full of fun and adventure. Montepulciano is a beautiful place. The villa was in great position to get around easily. The view from the patio was spectacular. Our host was responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this villa."

"Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal. Das Haus war nur teilweise gereinigt. 1 Bett im Obergeschoss war nicht frisch bezogen. Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. Die Toilettensvhüssel und das Waschbecken wackelten. Im Untergeschoss war die Kaffemascine verschimmelt. Die Couch und der Sessel waren durchgesessen und nicht benutzbar. Die Toilettenschüssel...

Silvano der Gastgeber hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, auch wenn die Kommunikation mit ihm (er spricht ausschließlich italienisch) etwas schwierig war. Wir haben uns mit einer Übersetzungs-App halbwegs verständigen können. Aber es gibt einen Punkt, der meiner Meinung nach in die Beschreibung gehört: die Zufahrtsstraße zu dem Anwesen gleicht einem Felsenweg im tiefsten...

"It was only for a week but living there was a pleasure. Nearby towns had lots of interesting places to visit and good restaurants. The house itself was well fitted especially the kitchen which suited self catering groups as there are no restaurants within walking distance for those who like to drink with their evening meal. We all enjoyed our stay."

"Unfortunately we had a series of issues with this property, starting from the check in process. I was given the wifi password info by the agency that represents the house. We got in late at night due to a family emergency (the local manager knew). We got to the property and we could not connect to the wifi and none of us had any connection. We had to go close to town to connect. I tried calling the manager but she didn’t respond. We had to sit in the car till 3:30 AM so our daughter could finish...

"The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."
