That would not have been a problem except there were between 20 & 30 teens & preteens in the pool area running in and out. The entrance for the pool area is about 50 feet from the front desk and the floor was completely wet all through. My wife almost fell, I helped keep her from falling then my legs slid out popping my knee...

After he left i drew the blankets down, and there was a big yellow car urine stain that stunk. I asked to me moved. Theynsaid we “ised “ thenroom, and i only get 25 mins to make sure everything is suitable, no refunds. However I was mot asking for a refund, i wanted clean room. They checked me out, kept my room key and refused to give me a clean room oe...

"There was no free breakfast. They over charge at their restaurant. It’s also under construction and they start at 8am-9am all the way til 6pm. Also $4 for a bottle of water. They charge $2.50 for a small cup of coffee that you get free in your room "

"Eva at the front desk isn't absolute Angel to work with she accommodated us with everything she could and went above and beyond with suggestions. The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay...

"The motel was truly meeting my expectations. Starting from the friendly receptionist till the checkout next day. The room was decent and the sheets were clean. The bathroom had enough towels, toilet paper, shampoos and conditioners. The water pressure was perfect and temperature was just right. We spent the night with 2 kids on two double beds and the room spacious enough to accommodate a fussy toddler. We will be returning back! "
