****BEWARE****
I was here for a basketball tournament over the weekend and we had no hot water. I guess a few other people had the same problem. I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation. They didn’t even offer me another room after I told them that I had no hot water and said they can come check for themselves . Instead, I received an email saying that their boilers are working fine and that they think it was from all the teenagers in the hotel staying there.. EXCUSE ME !! if your hotel boilers can’t keep up when your hotel is at full capacity then maybe you need an inspection done maybe things aren’t up to code. Not to mention the leak under the sink or the heater that was making noise all night . Those things I could overlook but hot water is a basic amenity. And they think they’re slick instead of texting me back they call the room so that their side of the conversation isn’t documented. Unprofessional . My worst experience ever at a hotel.
