"Really nice stay in a small village with a lot of history. The property is situated close to some well known places such as Tintern and Usk. Great communication from the hosts who were very friendly and supporting."

"We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm. Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion. Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay "

"Only stayed 2 nights for the air show so the location was the key factor as majority of other hotels nearer to the event were fully booked. We have stayed in this hotel for the air show on numerous occasions, but unfortunately on this occasion we found the hotel to be a little bit tired in its décor and overall appearance. we can't comment on anything else as we didn't have anything else other than a good couple of nights sleep."

"Great location (right on water, centre of town, opposite harbourside), good breakfast/dinner/bar on-site. Building & common parts slightly tired - but more than made up for by overall package. Probably my favourite hotel in Bristol having stayed in most!"

"Great rooms,upgraded when there was air condtioning problem before we even arrived. Many gluten free options for breakfast. Great dog hosts. Recommend very nice hotel. Very friendly staff."

"Had an issue with the payment side. And the front staff were knowledgeable, helpful and listened to my concern and they put me and ease. Craig I believe it was last night, and sadly I cannot remember this mornings person. Amazing staff."
