"We had a lovely stay here. The staff were wonderful and accommating, gave us tips on places and restaurants to go to. Its only a short walk to the centre and to the riverside - extremely convenient. "The room was clean and had all the advertised amenities. Unfortunately when we stayed it was very warm and the windows only vented a little so there was no cross ventilation. The fan helped, but it was uncomfortable. The stairs were also very narrow up to the third floor and hard to navigate with large suitcases. "

"Had an issue with our room regarding a noise in the wall that started at 5am and continued we were moved next door which was quieter, wish we had known about the construction going on right outside the windows and start at 8am on weekends. "Cannot rate the staff, this is a self service hotel, but it’s really easy, you’ll get a couple of codes the day of your stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the shambles, as a tourist that’s exactly the area where you want to be. The hotel is like nothing that you ever have experienced before, I can guarantee it.
