"It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. "Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Anwesen in perfekter Lage für ruhesuchende und naturverbundene Reisende. Buchung problemlos, ebenso die Betreuung vor Ort durch Nino. Gab es ein Problem, wurde es innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst. Also: Alles prima, jederzeit wieder!!! Vielen Dank Martin & Nino!"

"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr familienfreundlich, mit viel Spielzeug für die Kinder. Die Gastgeberin Betty war herzlich und immer hilfsbereit, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Der Außenbereich mit Pool war fantastisch, und der Blick unter den Olivenbäumen hindurch zum Meer, direkt von der Einfahrt aus, war einfach atemberaubend. Besonders toll fanden wir den Garten, aus dem wir frische Tomaten, Melonen und Kräuter ernten konnten. Alles war bestens...

"Ein wunderschönes Anwesen, in dem wir ein tolle Woche mit der Familie (7 Personen) verbracht haben. Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten um den Pool, im Garten und vor den Häusern bieten bei Bedarf Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Anwesen liegt ruhig und trotzdem sind in der Umgebung (zur Not auch fußläufig) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu finden. Im sogenannten Poolhaus ist die gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Außengrill steht auch zur Verfügung. Hier kann man gut die Fische von der Fischauktion...

"Drinnen und draußen verschwenderisch viel Platz, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.Einrichtung mit persönlichem Stil, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Dazu eine großzügige Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Toilettenartikeln. So war die Ankunft auch spät abends unproblematisch. Toller Strand im Naturschutzgebiet ca. 2 km entfernt. Auto ist ein Muss."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay . The apartment fitted us perfectly as we had four adults and a child. The location is perfect as we could walk everywhere. We enjoyed the beaches. We all especially loved sitting on the balconies at night looking over the harbor. The apartment is warm and cozy just like a home. I would recommend this place for anyone who's visiting Sciacca!"
