"Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again."

The bathroom sink had a dead fly, and the shower had curly black hair in and on walls. My hair is blonde. Bed was not terrible. The hotel I thought should have been a little cleaner. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I would have known."
