"Solid"

"The hotel is new, clean, and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good…the same as most hotels I have patronized. The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. (My husband is a retired Hotel Manager…usually when a new hotel is built, the parking lot is paved PRIOR To OPENING!!!) As a person with disabilities I did not appreciate having to...

"Everything was great or expected but the room could've been cleaner. Was a faint odor resembling but likely not vomit. Hairs in shower and sink."

"Avoid at all cost place is a dump. Bathroom outdated 1960s. Shower curtain is cloth so water just spills though on the floor. Dirty curtains. Stains on floor. TV didn’t work. "

"Bed had cig burns on the sheet. They slapped plaster on walls. If gaps in tub and wall. Not clean. Pool was gross"

"This place was so disgusting! Said no smoking room but room stunk with no smoking cover up smell. Getting to the room on the 2nd floor on the gross carpets was gross. And to top it all off the Motel also was a SRO with people living there. Awful we couldn’t stay in it. Take it off your website. "

"It was clean and cheap! The breakfast was frosted flakes, raisin bran, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee, that's literally it. Not even juice. I would still stay again though, for the clean and cheap. Comfy bed! Staff was sweet."

Awful smell comes from the AC/fan unit (mold/mildew/dampness), cobwebs in corners, metal bed frame that sticks out, terribly uncomfortable bed with squeaky springs that stuck in my back Asked the person on staff for 2 additional pillows and he looked at us like he had never been asked for anything extra before and tried to dissuade us by saying they were all the same size (that wasn't the point-we needed more due to how uncomfortable the bed was) He did get them...

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marcel. A nice little weekend getaway as a mini-moon for my husband and I who just got married! Highly recommend staying there! Friendly service, awesome bartender, and very wonderful drivers that will take you into Yales cute little town! & the waterfront was right next to us. Beautiful views. We will definitely be back!"

"I had a really great stay at this Red Roof Inn. The room was super clean, which is my number one priority, so that was a big win. Everything felt comfortable and well kept. The staff was friendly and made everything easy, and there was plenty of parking, which was a huge plus. The location is also really convenient! Close to restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, and right near the highway. Overall, a simple, clean, no-stress stay. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Room was decent however the bathroom and tub and floor tile especially were dated and OLD. Thank goodness it was just one night - could not step into that bathtub. Fri night- highway traffic was noisy so rooms definitely could use sound proofing. Do not recommend staying. Lobby and breakfast areas were nice. "

"Clean room & excellent staff! The VIP drink ticket is only for bottled water or coffee/tea - that’s a bit disappointing. Before you could use it for any drink. I still recommend the hotel - conveniently located, friendly staff, and clean rooms."
