"Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. The beds were very comfy, bathroom and shower were spotless, and there was tons of room for the many bags we had with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kayabacho and...

"Vi havde et fantastisk værelse med udsigt over Sumida floden. Det var et værelse med tre senge, spisebord, badekar og plads til vores bagage. Det var dejligt at kunne spise nogle måltider på værelset efter lange dage i Tokyo. Receptionisterne var meget søde og hjælpsomme og det var super med loungen indtil vi kunne tjekke ind. Jeg frygtede lidt at skulle bo i et meget turistet område. Men beliggenheden er par gader fra fiskemarkedet var faktisk virkelig rolig og et godt udgangspunkt for vores...

"It is a great hotel, located in a great neighborhood, close to metro stations, conbinis and restaurants. The room is large enough for 4 adults to feel comfortable. Pretty nice rooms with all you need, including washing machine."

"Take the airport limousine to shinadome station, then take a go taxi to the hotel (make sure address is in Japanese). Check in was easy. They also have English speaking staff. Just a reminder that the check in is on floor 7. The buffet stays open pretty late. Room was nice and clean. Has all the amenities you may need. staff was very attentive. I did have one issue with the bath house putting shampoo in the conditioner bottle other than that it was a relaxing stay. They have a woman only floor...
