"Absolutely wonderful! We loved our host and appreciate his helpfulness and conversation!"

"Classic and whimsical at the same time. So tastefully done. Spacious and clean. Helpful staff. Even have a self service bar in the common area"

"Gorgeous room and bathroom. Round the corner from the royal crescent. Lovely gardens to have a cocktail in. Highly recommend."

"Everything perfect! I like the candy’s !"

"We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. The pub is conveniently located a few minutes from the Bath park and ride. We'd...

"This is a beautiful well located hotel, super comfy beds with great decor and a great breakfast. BUT and this is a big BUT it is not a proper Spa hotel which I did not pick up on until too late, it offers treatments but not the typical pool or sauna options you would expect, I was really disappointed and felt a bit ripped off as I don't feel it is good value for money without having a proper Spa, its a bit cheeky for it to be listed on Expedia under the spa category. But it is stunning, it is...

"Great location, close to a car park and all the things central in Bath"

"In the heart of Bath with a rustic and charismatic feel. Fantastic gin bar opposite the front door and restaurants, bars, cinema and Sainsburys close by (100-500 meters). Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. "

"Lovely stay"

"Beau, bon et pas très cher!"

"I have stayed here over May years. The staff are always lovely and willing to help. The rooms are clean, and having been refurbed, a great place to stay. Breakfast was really good. However, the prices seem to have increased a lot, there are much cheaper options in the vicinity, but this is somewhere I keep coming back to!"

"The room was very clean and tidy. Location was perfect for us, very close to everything!"

"Cute little boutique hotel. If I were a foodie, I would have taken advantage of their breakfast. Centrally located near all the things you go to Bath for. Great staff, spacious and clean rooms. If you like a more homey stay, over one of those sterilized franchises, this is the place for you!"

"Great location to central Bath. Friendly accommodating staff and a comfortable room. Not a bad walk from the train station"

"No complaints at all. Pleased to be able to park on site, and use the bus service into the City. I have given 4 out of 5 because having been responsible for assessing situations in the past, I was reminded that nothing is perfect, to enable everyone to be 'kept on their toes'! Couldn't do that to the staff tho'!"

"A little farther of a walk to the main area of Bath than anticipated and parking was not overly convenient if you are traveling with any amount of luggage. The room was nicely decorated although quite small and not the most comfortable bed. We only stayed one night here, so it was tolerable. Bath itself was quite lovely though!"
