The hotel staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.
Our bed mattress was one of the BEST we have experienced in quite some time of travel: firm mattress, good pillows.
So pleased to have had air conditioning on our July trip - and really good AC, at that.
Paddington Station is just a couple of minutes' walk down the street, as are Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's (groceries).
We had no trouble finding excellent cafes and pubs in this neighborhood, and we felt safe, early morning to late evening.
Hyde Park and all it offers is just a short walk away as well.

I only stayed for one night at the property, but staff was very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had lots of variety..
