"I had a very bad experience with my check in process. When I arrived to the property, the parking lot was closed and the taxi had to drop us off with 5 luggage at the parking lot entrance. After almost 15 hours of flight we had to carry all our luggage to the hotel entrance with kids!"

Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
"Room smelled extremely strongly of moth balls. Bathroom shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming. You can get better rooms and food for less pretty much anywhere else. Staff was super nice though!"

"Great locations, and Ann in reservations emailed me a long list of restaurants in the area. The suites are large and well equipped with a comfortable bed and a good desk and work chair.
