"The staff were so helpful and a bonus was they stored two cases for us while we went to Okinawa for 6 days before returning to stay at the hotel. This was at no charge."

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
"Great location however the room didnt have a thermostat to adjust the temperature, just an ac off, low, med or high. Also, no fan for the bathroom. The walls were paper thin and you could hear full conversations from your neighbor. Bonus was the luggage lockers for before and after checkout."
