"Clean transit hotel easy walk from terminal and easy to access other terminal. Contactless check-in so we had no reason to interact with staff. Room was clean, small and value as a transit hotel. Would have liked additional pillows."

"This hotel is in the perfect spot. There are a ton of things that is in a walkable distance and the metro isn’t far either. The hotel itself was very nice. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
"I booked this hotel room no Expedia and when I got to the hotel they charged me an extra $1,036 cad for my child. They made us upgrade the room to a slightly bigger hotel room. Terrible service would not recommend to anyone travelling with kids. Please do yourself a favour and book another ..."

"Hotel is near the train station which is a huge help to get around Tokyo. Staff was very helpful and hotel was very well maintained. Just be aware if you have a tattoo you cannot use the pool or sauna"
