"Paid for the Lounge it was the worst experience ever and a total waste of money. They have no actual food and on every occasion we visited it was impossible to get served. Worst lounge service ever. It took them so Long to bring us the bill we finally just left and then they deactivated our key for ..."

"Great location - 20 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station. In house grill and restaurant were very good. Staff extremely helpful. Standard rooms are very small, but that is standard across the country. They are extremely functional, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again."
