"This hotel was beyond our expectations. From the welcome every time we stepped into the property to the moment we left, the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The terrace room has a private hot tub that is on the entire day and cleaned periodically. The renovation is very luxurious for the room. We found it convenient to get a rideshare into the old city and nimman area where we spent most of our visit. The surrounding area is also very...

"Our room was towards the back, large a nice and also quiet but not really any view at all from the room. The larger rooms towards the street has more view but noice from the street is probably also more evident. Fair breakfast, wonderful art and old furnitures from Burma. The hotel only has 9 rooms over 3 floors with no elevator (not really a problem for us)."

"We didn't do much shopping, so can't say. 7 11 was close by for little things we needed. The spa was nice, steam room and Thai massage. Staff were super nice and very helpful. Dining was very nice, service, food all great"

"Amazing location..lovely boutique hotel..walkable access to restaurants, shopping, massage. Only issue was they serve a la carte breakfast at 7.30am and most tour pick ups are earlier so you tend to miss breakfast."

"Na Nirand is a beautiful property with attentive staff. We dined in for breakfast and one dinner. The restaurant is handsome and a gorgeous outdoor patio over looks the river. The food was delicious with generous portions. A memorable stay."

"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "
