"Very nice and comfortable apartment. Great location. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not have the breakfast but walked about 30 feet from our apartment to a cafe for coffee and pastries. Very convenient."

"This property was fantastic! It was everything we were hoping for. We stayed here for most of a week and it was a wonderful spot for exploring Venice and the larger lagoon region.The main floor balcony and sitting area over the grand canal were wonderful for morning and evening lounging and watching the taxis, vaporetto, and gondolas go by. The area had numerous shops and restaurants, while still remaining quiet and private. "Property was very excellent - modern, updated, clean, location was superb, right in front of a water taxi stop. Margarita at the front desk was great and fast with requests. Extras like robes, slippers and toiletries were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Venice. "

"This accommodation was located very close to the Rialto bridge and waterbus stop making it extremely convenient to tour around. Tucked away off a side street made it less noisy in the evening, great for relaxing. The size of the apartment is perfect for a single family. Everything we needed was available and the welcome book was packed with helpful tips. This is on the third floor, so you will definitely get your steps in!"
