"We loved the Eccelso Hotel while staying in Rome. The Prati neighborhood was quiet and safe and within walking distance to all of the spots we wanted to visit while staying in Rome. The front end manager was very sweet and she took the time to give us helpful hints while staying in Rome and also guided us to several amazing restaurants and sites. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Rome."

"This is an excellent choice for several reasons. 1. Lovely room, kitchen with microwave, stove top, refrigerator. 2. Breakfast each morning - croissants, yogurts, milk, tea coffee, 3. A three to five minute walk to Vatican. 4. Grocery store right behind the building. 5. Good restaurants minutes away. So convenient and well appointed."

"The staff was helpful. The wifi did not stay connected. We spent two nights in guest room 1 with ZERO hot water for showering. Called the number left and was told it would take the person an hour to arrive which would have been around midnight. We asked that he come the next morning. Never heard back from him or the staff so we assumed the issue was resolved. However, that was not the case, and we spent our second night taking cold showers."

"The convenience is above expectations! The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to St Peters Basilica, the bus stop is also right in front of the hotel door or across the street! Room view to the Basilica is beautiful. Going to ancient Rome spots is easy using the public bus in front of the Hotel. Check in was fast and easy, the rooms are super clean and super modern, looks like it’s been renovated really well. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit!"

"The best thing was that it is right outside the Vatican and close to restaurants and shopping. Expedia says breakfast included, it wasn’t. Not enough hot water pressure in the faucet and took too long to get the hot water. Dated furniture. The manager, Cynthia was very helpful and speaks very good English. No front desk. "

"The location was great, but taking a shower in the bathroom was uncomfortable. It had the feel of an old hotel. There was a stain on the bathroom wall, which looked like a trace of a water leak. On the bright side, the AC worked well. I thought it was a 4-star hotel, but it felt more like a 3-star.""
