"Godt værelse der er delt op i to rum. Der var meget rent over alt, sengende var lidt hårde men stadig gode. Det ligger godt man kan gå til alle steder, eller der er nemme busser lige nede foran, så man spare benene frem og tilbage fra den gamle bydel. Ligger lige op af togbanen, men det var uden betydning for os, der var få toge og det larmede ikke meget. Supermarked, bager, gelato og massere restauranter lige ude for døren."

"Clean room and good breakfast. Location being 5 minutes walk from the Vatican is the best. Front desk staff that checked us in was very nice but other than that the night shift front desk were snobbish, like they don’t want to be bothered with. A little disappointing. "

"The hotel has a perfect location if you’re going to the Vatican. The staff is very kind. We had an issue at the check in. The A/C of the room was not working, they changed us 3 times of room and was uncomfortable. Also, the check out is 10.30am but they blocked our room card at 10.00am"

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. You are less than 10 minutes away from the Vatican City. There are restaurants, gelato, shops, and a taxi stand all within minutes of your front door. Keeping the apartment cool was easy with the fan they left to help circulate the air conditioning. Would stay here again!"

"Excellent area, great staff and great place stay for visiting Rome. The staff took good care of us. They also allowed us to check in early. Got to rest after a long flight to Rome. The staff took care of everything we needed help with including transpoting us to and from the airport and somewhere elase. Thank you Saya, Mr. B and everyone. You made us feel like home. "

"Room was clean, a bit small but expected with the bnbs in this area. Balcony was beautiful and spacious, you could see the Vatican and is about 20 feet away from it. 5 min walk from all the best restaurants and gelato/dessert shops! Staff was extremely helpful and waited for us outside to bring us in and were more than willing to provide information/had pamphlets in the shared space outside our door for exploring Rome. A bit noisy as it is an apartment complex but only during the day time....

"We had a great stay here. It has a great location only 3 blocks from St. Peter's. A cab line is less than a block away. The staff is really terrific. Our wifi was great and there was a large selection of breakfast grab and go items. I would stay there again, it was such a great experience!"

"It is very close to the Vatican. Literally on the parallel street. Central to restaurants and shopping and transit. The building was getting renovations done. It’s an older building. The room we had was spacious but a bit dated. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean but nothing in the shower to it toiletries. Overall a decent stay. "

"We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Wir waren nicht zu Urlaubszwecken in Rom, sondern haben ganz bewusst ein Hotel in der Nähe des Bambini Gesù gesucht, da meine Tochter mit meiner Enkeltochter dort im Krankenhaus war. Umso mehr hat uns dieses Haus berührt und beeindruckt.
