I can’t wait to get this hotel again next time we travel to Tokyo! "

The amenities are kept very clean and tidy, plus there are plenty of toiletries and other products available in the lobby for free to use during the stay. "The hotel is centrally located, modern and very clean. Upgrading to Premier Grand was definitely worth it. The room was large with lots of seating and space including a large shower. Access to the Premier Grand lounge was a highlight. It is spacious and even when busy there is lots of open space around you. Food is very good with lots of options. Everywhere you go there is friendly staff all willing to help you. Service is the best I’ve experienced in any hotel I’ve stayed at. My only negative...
