"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping."

"The hotel rooms are as advertised and surprisingly quiet given it's at the Tokyo Station. Service was exceptional. House keeping was amazing, and you never felt like any request was too small or a bother. Nespresso in the rooms along with a kettle. Amazingly hot shower with fantastic water pressure. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"We had fantastic stay in our corner city view room. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the shopping area. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We caught the bus from Narita airport and it stopped minutes from hotel. There were only a few areas that could do with attention, one was the Buffet breakfast. The plates on buffet were continuously empty and staff had to be asked to refill. Also there was...

"Amazing property and location! Large rooms and bathrooms, walk in closets, amazing property overall with impeccable service. Walking distance to shopping and dining areas in Ginza. Overall just love this property...stayed here multiple times."

"Only there 1 night. Nice property. Convenient location to train station, shopping, restaurants and bus to Narita. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was pricey compared to other hotels but it was a full suite with in suite kitchen and laundry not just a hotel room. "

"The property was very clean . The kids loved the Pokemon theme room . The room was spacious compared to other Japanese hotels "

"Everything is fine except that their mattresses are not comfortable. I also asked about luggage delivery service to another hotel and two staff had told me that there was no same day delivery option so I booked another service myself. When I checked out and told the reception that there will be someone else picking up my luggage, another staff then told they actually do have same-day delivery service. I guess they need to train some of the staff better to avoid providing misinformation. "

"Excellent service, clean and quiet hotel. I had a private hallway two room set up for my two young adults it was perfect."

"Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception. "
