Welcome to Sunshine Terrace. ✨

This is a home I built with my own hands; every piece of furniture and every ornament was carefully selected and placed by me. 🛋️ Now, I am opening a corner of my home, looking forward to hosting travelers from all over the world who journey here. 🌍

The space is designed around the core elements of forest, sunlight, and nature, creating a fresh and relaxing atmosphere. 🌲☀️ The first floor is an independent and private guest area; the second and third floors are my personal living spaces. 🏡

If you wish, you can make a reservation in advance to visit the second floor and play with my little bunny. 🐰 Step up to the third-floor courtyard, where dozens of flowers and plants flourish. 🪴 As night falls, solar-powered warm lights gently glow, transforming the courtyard into a serene and dreamy little garden. 🌙✨

My original wish in creating Sunshine Terrace was to build a small platform for encounters, where strangers from all corners of the earth can cross paths. 🌉 As a guest, you will enjoy a completely independent, undisturbed, and private dwelling, while also having the opportunity to step into daily routines and experience authentic local life. ☕️

Located at a downtown transportation hub, the property offers highly convenient travel; 🚇 yet, tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is shielded from the city's hustle and bustle.
