"Jan and Bill's place was perfect for us as a long-term tenant. The studio was cozy and kept us warm during the winter, with peaceful views of the surrounding hills and farms to keep us occupied. The studio has everything you might need for cooking, and the bed was very comfortable as well. We highly recommend this location for both short-term and long-term stays. Jan and Bill's hospitality made us feel right at home from day one."

"We were all very happy with the property. So handy to the activities we were in Rotorua for. Quiet no traffic noise and the view was stunning. There is nothing we could criticise. Thank you for sgsring your home home with us. Would recommend to friends and family. "

"Really nice property that is being renovated nicely. Large open plan lounge/kitchen area with everything that you need for a nice relaxing stay. The only disappointing aspect for us was that as a family, we specifically wanted a house that was our own property space and this place came up on those searches but was actually an upstairs section of a house that had people living below us.... This wasnt an issue at all but its not mentioned on the advert at all and so was a bit misleading. Only...

"We had such a great stay at this house! It was super spacious and had a welcoming feel. There were plenty of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained, which was a nice bonus. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. Kate was great with communication - clear instructions and quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"A fantastic stay, we booked for two nights but loved it that much we asked to stay another night, it was almost two! Perfect for a couple of friends, two rooms, comfy beds and plenty of towels. The Spa amazing! There is limited wifi signal an old TV and a selection of DVD's and some games, so not for you if can't unplug. We found it warm, cosy and would highly recommend, plus Sue was great to deal with. A perfect spot. "

"2A + 1C aged 15 years. The house is spacious and quiet. A bit dated and needs some TLC and athorough clean (carpets need a good vacuum) but perfectly comfortable. The fireplace did a great job of heating the house - we closed the doors to rooms we weren't using to maximise the heat. Like other guests, we too found the gate entrance a tight squeeze - we have an SUV so just needed to take it slow."
