"My wife and our two boys and our dog had a wonderful stay Nicole was very quick to respond to any questions we had and it was a beautiful stay with the ocean in just a short walk and the house had everything we needed even for our dog! I would definitely Recommend staying!"

"I don't normally write reviews, but this house (and hosts) deserve all 5 stars! The house was perfect for our weekend fishing trip and was more than enough space for the four of us. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and more. The hosts were very communicative, too. Overall, this was fantastic!"

"This is a super clean little house with a lot of charm. The kitchen is well-stocked with all of the cookware and supplies one would need, the bedrooms are nicely kept and we love the deck and dock. Second time staying here and we are already looking at our calendar for next time. We so appreciate that we can bring by our dog with us too. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, with quick access to the interpretive center. The tides have reclaimed the beach access that was nearby but that didn’t...

"Direct quote from the surly, feral teen, “This place took away all my problems; I don’t want to leave.” They didn’t even complain about lack of wifi, but if someone was trying to use it for say a writer’s weekend, or needing to bring work on their stay, that might be the only thing to complain about. Great place! "

"Home was clean had everything we needed, and then some. Appreciated the toiletries and some extra kitchen items. Cute little town, beautiful beaches. It was a fun stay."

"The house was AMAZING. The downstairs looked like it had been professionally interior decorated. The host was our neighbor and came to greet when we arrived. The location was perfect for us. And had lots of things included for their guests, comfortable beds, lots of books, games and lots stuff for us to use. The only problem was our truck was too big for the garage and the parking space was filled by our truck so not anybody’s fault but our own"

"This was the perfect property to stay at for our girls weekend celebrating my Mom's Birthday and Mother's Day. The neighborhood was quiet, close enough to the ocean to hear the waves and the house was so bright with all of the windows. "

"We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend."
