"The hotel was nice, with a restaurant and bar downstairs. The beds were stiff, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast choices were plentiful but, the scrambled eggs were runny and had some liquid added, it was the same at a previous hotel as well. It may be a cultural difference I am not use to though. The dinner was just absolutely amazing and delicious! You have to get the steak with dirty fries or the chicken plate! It will change your life, lol! The staff was very nice as well...

"Surprised this is a 4 star hotel, facilities are a bit grubby and over crowded, room was small but it was clean. Worst breakfast experience I've had in a long time, more like 2 star canteen than 4 star. Dont like being negative but I expected a lot more from this hotel."

"This is a small flat on the top floor of a terrace house. Yes you can see the river just past the plumbers merchant yard and the industrial estate on the opposite bank. Access is via a very noisy shared stair case. First impressions on entering is a place which needs some upgrading and lacks furnishing - COSY it is not. Once we checked into the hotel, we had to walk a considerable distance with our luggage to the apartment building that we were staying in.
