Family Villa near Puerto Calero, Very Peaceful Location, 5 Minutes Drive to Beach & Marina
Beautiful and secluded 4 bedroom villa. Decorated to an extremely high standard, this luxury villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (plus infant in a cot). Villa Las Palmitas sits on a secluded 8,000m2 plot with superb sea views. In addition it features mature gardens, home to over 60 mature palm trees. This large holiday rental villa has an electrically heated swimming pool. Its depth is 1.25m to 1.65m and has built in steps for easy access. It also has a children’s pool which is shallow.

The contemporary decor and simple but stylish furnishings give the house a bright, airy and cool feeling throughout. The spacious and comfortable living room has doors onto the terrace, plenty of room to sit, relax and entertain, it also has a fireplace and there is a dining room for eight people.

The fully fitted white kitchen, also has doors to the terrace and comes complete with oven / hob / grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.

There is also a games room with table tennis table, TV, DVD, free to view TV channels, i-pod docking station and a selection of board games. There is a good free wifi connection, for those looking to stay in touch.

All bedrooms at Villa Palmitas have ceiling fans and sea views. The master suite has patio doors onto the terrace, a double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower/wet room, twin sinks, bath and a hairdryer. There is a further double and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes, which share a full family bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has patio doors onto the terrace, a double bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room. There is a separate guest cloakroom.

Outside, enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the mature gardens and sea views from the covered terrace, featuring a Jacuzzi / hot tub, gas barbecue and teak dining furniture for eight. The terrace area overlooks the 10m x 5m heated swimming pool with separate children’s pool at one end. The pool area, with sun-loungers, is walled and gated for extra security for guests with small children.

Villa Las Palmitas offers luxury accommodation that’s the perfect base for a family holiday.

Stunning views and great pool but not exactly a “luxury” villa. Not worth £400+ per night.

The villa is a great size and the views are stunning. The pool is a great size and was lovely and warm. It wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay and definitely needed a clean mid week. The villa itself is quite run down in areas and wasn’t that clean in areas. The wardrobes are dated and not that clean and the en-suite bathrooms were dated and not that clean. The main en-suite was very dated with old worn furniture and the guest en-suite was covered in mould above the shower. The games room was wasted space as it was practically empty, aside from a ping pong table, some seats, a dart board and a few games. We had asked for a cot for our toddler and couldn’t find it when we arrived. We found it the next day in the games room cupboard so our toddler spent the first night cramped into our bed with us. The electric went out during our stay and it took a while to contact the property manager. This was stressful as my mother who was with us depended on her oxygen machine. When we got in touch with the property manager, she came over to fix it and admitted that the same thing had happened to the previous guest. She said an electrician would attend the following day but that didn’t happen. The “mature gardens” are non existent. It’s just rough gravel that you can’t use. The entrance to the double garage was piled high with rubbish. The property grounds have no gates and the ground leading the tiled path to the villa is littered with cigarette butts.
