"Personeel behulpzaam en het ontbijt goed. Parkeren heel prettig maar de kamer was slecht gordijnen stuk douche deuren stuk en de 1e avond geen televisie. Ik had geen keuken en stond we bij de beschrijving."

"Not a great location, building looks like HLM for poor people, not at all like hotel. Room assigned was an oven. We mentioned it to receptionist who said she would provide a fan, she never did. It was hot, we opened window that let moskitoes in. We got bitten. Not a great value, I would not go back!"

"Che dire, bellissimo poter soggiornare all’interno del castello di Thun finemente ristrutturato per accogliere le camere di questo boutique hotel. Posizione eccellente, collegato direttamente con la città con un comodo ascensore. Davvero una coccola la colazione servita in una bellissima sala con vista sulla città da personale davvero gentile. Ottima scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, immancabile la treccia svizzera e la possibilità di scegliere tra molti piatti preparati al momento."

"The apartment was very spacious and clean. It has everything we needed to cook our own meals. It was located right in front of the train which made it extremely convenient. The only negative thing is that there was no ventilation even with the windows open. I would request an apartment with windows facing the rail road tracks as fresh air comes from that direction. Our rooms had the windows towards the road so there was no ventilation which made it hard to sleep at night, even with the fans that...

"No air conditioning and the windows were directly across from another building rooftop where they smoked so we couldn’t open up the windows to cool off. Brutal nights sleep in the summer heat."

"Great room and location. Booked a double room and were upgraded to a triple room with separate living room and kitchen. Located right beside large Coop that has a good cafeteria on top floor for breakfast. Self check in worked well. Manager was on site much of day and provided us with iron and ironing board within a few minutes of messaging him through Expedia app. Parking garage located within 2 blocks as hotel has no parking."
