"The hotel staff was amazing. Kind and professional. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, including common areas was great. Inqas very surpeised to see blood on the back of the room door and was traveling with a dog, so needed to clean it myself before it was discovered by her. Not ideal. I suggest double checking the backs of the doors. The room furniture is in need of replacing. It was quiet and I did feel secure walking my dogs at night. "

Short uber ride to UTK and the hotel was offering complimentary uber rides on game day, a very nice touch. Overall this is a great option when you just need a place to sleep. "

"The website says that it was dog friendly. That is why we rent the rooms. When we got there, dogs were not allowed. I ended up having to give a $200 deposit to keep the dog there. I’m supposed to get the $200 back in 3 to 5 days. We left the room clean and five dollar tip to the maid. The room was awesome."
