"The staff at this hotel are really lovely. Had a wonderful check-in with a charming gentleman at the desk. Room was small but clean, shower didn't have much pressure. There was a wireless phone charger in the room but it did charge slowly. Outlets were in awkward areas but we managed just fine. Pool was closed during our stay - they only have an indoor pool. I saw a photo of an outdoor pool with their property photos on Expedia which is what made me book here, I was a bit disappointed to learn...

"The property is beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. A special shoutout to their coffee and tea bar- it had a wider selection of teas than most supermarkets! We also loved having dinner on the peaceful backyard patio, which is thoughtfully enclosed with pest screens. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to spot hummingbirds several times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning."

"Clean and newly renovated rooms. Amenities are good. Kue mountains reosrt property needs to improve signage for the dofferent hotel properties as finding the proper hotel entry and navigating laneways is quite confusing. Signs are too small and hard to see. The bigges toroblem with the Mosaic hotel is this: TRUCKS MOVING LARGE GARBAGE CONTAINERS AT 6 AM FOR HOURS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. HOTEL GUESTS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE AWAKENED THAT EARLY BECAUSE OF THE CONSTANT BANGING."

"Was decent. Outdoor pool was kind of crowded and had no chairs available, but to be expected on hot sunny days I suppose. Restaurant was disappointing in every way possible. Poor service, mediocre food, and over priced. Other than that pretty good and no issues with the room itself."

"Fridge wasn't working when we arrived and it was alot of back and forth to figure out what was happening. They didn't realize the issue until the next day they just brought a mini fridge over which was not helpful. The AC at the upper level was not working and when the worker came over to look at the fridge I asked him about the AC and he said he already knew it wasn't working. So, they gave us a room knowing the AC was broken. Was not happy with the communication, they said someone would call...

"We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK."
