"The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room "

"Wanted $100 a night for parking, but no notice until you arrive for check-in. Toilet dirty. Shower curtain only covered about half the shower area because the curtain rod was barley hanging up by 2 screws. No phone in room. Towels were torn."

"Everything was very good to great. Only recommendation is the staff be up to speed on availability of the trolley transportation. The check-in staff didn't know and as guest we didn't know to ask. We just stumbled on the availability ourselves. "
