"Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Only problem was all night loud mechanical noise in room that precluded sleep. Was offered different room at 2am, and ear plugs at 4:30am. Still no sleep. Was told management would call and offer refund, that didn’t happen. They were going to put my room out of order until they figured it out. "

"We got a room for a baseball game and the location is close to Global life field making it the perfect spot. The Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Don’t know if it was room specific but the ac unit was too close to one bed and the restroom light was too dim, but other than that it was a great room."

The shuttle to the baseball stadium was a nice perk with a great driver. Someone was always working on keeping the grounds clean, we felt safe. Next the laundry and trash cart is very loud they go up and down all day and night with this awful loud cart. When I asked for cleaner for the tub after being there almost a week they looked at me like I was crazy they were very rude. The woman manager mainly but the other employees act like they are scared of her. She drives a Benz truck and acted like I was beneath her every...
