"Beach view was nice, but as usual we were booked in the room most distant from the elevator! I am handicapped. We arrived 1 hrs early, and the desk clerk took my phone number and said wait for a call.
Meantime 4 more parties came in saying we know we are early....but they were checked in immediately. ALL 4 PARTIES.
We were never called so at 4:15 we asked the desk to do something. Yada Yada you have a beach view room....sorry for the 1 hour plus wait.
