Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
We got to the hotel went to check in they told us they had us a room with a pool view on the top floor so we could see the ocean i said I booked a oceanfront view she said they were full they couldn’t give us that room witch was a lie in the end.. luckily i had proof after some back and forth she gave us the room we reserved. While on the way to the room, there was plastic taped to the ceiling 3/4 of the way down the hallway. there was throw up in the same hallway that remained there till we checked out it was never cleaned up when we got to our room it smelled like urine. There was wetness on the bathroom floor streaks of something all down the back of the main door to our room we had to open the sliding door where we notice the smell of mildew from the leaking A/C we had to go get air freshener to cover the smell the elevators were just as bad on top of all that you still have to pay to park there even with a reservation to stay there went to get the so called complementary breakfast and was told it wasn’t part of our reservation the staff was argumentative rude I only gave a one star review because there wasn’t an option for a zero I would not recommend this place to a homeless person I have stayed at nicer motel 6’s save yourself the headache and go somewhere else
