"The hotel is very new. Rooms are nice, but the refrigerator and microwave are too low and difficult to use. Breakfast was ok, not great. The location of the hotel is good with easy and adequate parking."

"There is no cell service within the hotel itself. You can't make a call or connect to any internet service. There is no lighting at the street sign or driveway. The staff was not friendly or compassionate. When asked about getting cell service, we were told to walk around the lobby and maybe you can get a signal. We told them the lights didn't work by the bed and they put an oversized desk lamp with a long arm on it. It hung over the bed so you would hit your head on it. There is no...

"Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. "

"Just needed a late night stay after concert so I didn't have to drive at night. Price was first concern. But I was happy to find that it was also very nice, the property was off the main road,well maintained and clean. I liked that it was away from the highway noise and lights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be going to more concerts at the wharf now that I know where to stay."

"Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. "

"The room was nice and the staff was amazing. Had a guest and his wife decide to drunkenly fight from 11:30 p.m. to around 3:30-3:45 am. Slamming doors at 11:30 while arguing and woke my kids up. It was an adjoining room and I beat on the door and told them to be quiet. When that didn't work, I called the front desk and told them. It didn't do any good. They attempted to get them to stop, but it didn't work. As I said, the room and the staff were amazing. Just drunk and disrespectful people."

"Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!"
