"The room was spacious and clean, the staff were helpful and the facilities generally good. However, we hardly got any sleep because of noise. We could hear the people in the next room and one was snoring. A delivery lorry made the room shake at one point at around 4. Between 5 and 6am someone got up and clattered around very noisily. " Room was clean but cramped and one wall was was unpainted plywood (just unfinished not a style choice!) Breakfast supplies in room. Fridge, kettle,toaster but nowhere to sit to eat Shower barely worked Hairdryer blew but no heat Looks very neglected from outside. Dead plants in window boxes Was in a good location and had off street parking but glad we were only staying one night. Would not return or recommend to anyone. "

"Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Bath. Access was an issue with a stroller, as there are 4 or 5 steps to enter the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful though and the rooms were clean and updated. There is no parking on site and unloading the car was a bit of an issue."

"The “hotel” is really a series of separate buildings spread out across a large site. There is no central location to meet for drinks/ coffee. The only restaurant is at the top of a hill (accessed by steep stairways/roads ). There appeared to be some golf buggies but it was not clear how these could be accessed.
