"We stay for two days and I expect that the staff will clean and arrange our beddings but she or he didn’t do it. They clean a little bit of our bathroom but the sink you can see the dirty that they didn’t clean. I hope the management will check the room specially the sink because need to be clean."

However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing."
