"There’s construction going on in the building but it wasn’t an issue. Location is great! Compared to other hotel rooms for the price it was quite large. I would stay here again."

"The library theme is enchanting and executed to perfection. The room and the service were top- notch. The location was excellent. The roof top bar made great martinis. I could not fault this hotel at all and that puts it above many, many others I’ve stayed at. This was my first experience of The Library and I’m a fan."

"The lobby was under renovation, but it did not phase us. The rooms were nice, location was great, and the team at the Bryant Hotel are very kind, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely stay there again."

"Very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. The hotel is beautifully appointed and cozy with a sophisticated vibe. The breakfast food options are very good with the exception of the coffee which tasted terrible. I liked the tasteful decorations in the rooms and the bathrooms were very nice with plush towels. It is fairly quiet considering where the hotel is (conveniently) located for Broadway shows and near Times Sq. However, because of the way the bathroom 'windows' are designed you can...

"I was really looking forward to staying at Kixby, especially given its excellent reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was a little disappointing. First, although the bathroom was clean, the grout was visibly worn and had become quite dark in places. This made the bathroom look less clean than it actually was and detracted from the overall impression of the room. Another disappointment was the lack of an espresso machine in the 24/7 beverage room. They do offer several types of coffee,...

"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would love to stay here again!thanks"

"Excellent staff. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Big clean rooms"

"Great location and wonderful staff"

"Loved the heated floor in the bathroom!!! And nice sized room for New York! Many hotels in the area are very small rooms, but this is a bit more spacious. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful staff. Great location for the theater district!"

"Professional and friendly staff. Hotel is conveniently located - close to time square and Bryant park. Restaurant was a great option after a long day."

"The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but we were a party of four and felt perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, definitely worth it. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance of Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Rockefeller Center. If you don't mind walking a little farther, you can even make it to Hudson Yards. The staff was incredibly friendly,...

"Honestly an amazing stay for just 1 night and will recommend if it’s for long . Staff were very nice and helpful."

"It was the perfect size for our short trip to NYC. So close to Times Square, and the subway station. If you plan to be out and about, I think this was the perfect size room, and location! I would stay here again!"

"Very nice hotel, clean and updated and conveniently located right across the street from Penn Station and Madison Sq Garden."
