"Bed was in different floor and in a dorm with more beds than agreed. No curtains for the windows, no outlets in the pods. Every review on all platforms is answered with lies. No hot water for hours and then no water at all whatsoever for flushing, shower or even the sink. Dirty bathrooms constantly which all guests are supposed to share (mind you there are 4 floors full of pods and only three bathrooms with showers appropriate only for tiny people and that bathroom is in the basement. One towel...

"The only drawback of the Russell Court is the nightclub in the basement the noise of which which may disturb some people."

"Just right for what we wanted. Quiet and clean. Comfortable (remembering that this is a guest house, not a hotel). Marie was very attentive to our needs (notably ensuring there was gluten-free food in the kitchen). Would definitely stay again."

"Ok I've stayed here before in a double room. This was a single room - it was small but clean. Room was ok. The communal areas are tired. The stairs smelt quite unpleasantly. I couldn't see any vibile soling. Thete are no on-site staff so I couldn't escalate. "
