"The Beds were really Comfortable, The staff had trouble communicating with each other, we asked them 3 times for an extra cup, extra towels and extra teabags coffee and milk, as there were 3 of us sharing a room, They had only catered for two. The carpets were old and very stained,and the TV didn't work. On the 2nd day there, they had canceled our entry cards so we couldn't get back into our room. Very Disappointed. The rooms were not noise proof, so it was very noisy."

"The setting is lovely and the walkable locality and village amenities. We must have booked the budget room though instead of the advertised "deluxe", first floor courtyard, old stables. Room was fairly grubby, area behind the door hadn't been cleaned forever, shower tiny, bedding and towels clean but quality poor and only 1 skinny little pillow each? Our problem though was we arrived at tail end of heatwave and asked for a fan or something but apparently any available had already been given...
