"Kittyhawks restaurant service was poor, waited half an hour for an order to be taken, I had the burger which was well overcooked, spouse had fish & chips which was satisfactory. SHuttle bus in the morning was a bit of a lottery with luggage with passengers large golf bag holders having to be accommodated beside passenger seats but it did get us to airport in time"

"We had a lovely stay at the Royal Marine Hotel. Our room was spacious with three huge bay windows overlooking the sea, an enormous comfortable bed and an excellent shower. It was very clean, although a fresh coat of paint and some attention to the skirting boards would make it even better. "The room was clean but a little small. The presence of all the main UK TV channels was a pleasant surprise. The shower was excellent. There were also plenty of towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The reception staff were outstanding - super helpful and very willing to help. EUR 13 for a continental breakfast was a bit steep but we did take advantage of the coffee and Danish for EUR 5 deal."

Really appreciated the staff because I when I requested they hold our luggage hours before check in, they chose to find us a room that was ready that matched our reservation. But the room was not clean there was wine stains on the carpet and the bed side tables looked like they hadn't been wiped in a long time.. also no WiFi did not work in our room.
