"This place is a gem for the price! The staff were lovely and very helpful. The gym facilities were a little worn but a lot of equipment for a hotel gym. The rooms were lovely and clean. There is a good car park to get taxis easily, there is great facilities nearby with a coffee shop in the hotel and there is an amazing hairdressers opposite entrance C good for blowdrys.

"The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the lack of a view but that is minor in the grand scheme. I've had a lovely premium room with a cleaning team that enters every day. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Thailand and part of that is thanks to Almas. "

"It wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t great. Overpriced for the area and overall building condition. Elevators out of order. Surroundings area has a lot of shrubbery resulting in an onslaught of mosquitos. No pool. No common areas to relax. No Security. There is absolutely nothing on the surrounding area other than a 7-11. Getting a taxi can be a daunting task. 20 minutes outside of the city. Not recommended for the price."
