Michael very patiently helped me through the check-in process on my phone, which then helped me secure an early check-in around 12:30pm (I arrived around 9:30am). Bus line is right in front of the hotel, which is nice. Really only two negative things to know about this hotel. "Excellent location close to NUS university and theres is an entire block of restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store right around the corner of hotel. Also access to number of buses makes it convenient for public transpiration too. Room was cleaned up well each day too. Bathroom is small with shower head right next to toilet which we weren’t used to but it worked. "

Great hidden gem with amazing architecture, fantastic service, delicious breakfast and room service, serene infinity pool, ideal location and lovely spacious room with luxurious bed and all the amenities you could ask for Fantastic service on arrival and departure from Giwa. Giwa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us, especially as we were feeling a little groggy from the jet lag Can’t recommend the Artyzen enough. You should def stay here"

I like the filtered water tap in the room so I need not request for water. Housekeeping's response to my request was prompt. Checking out was a breeze. Overall, a good experience."
