"We booked this hotel from Friday to Sunday, but I will never book this hotel again we got there early and they were nice enough to check us in we tried using the pool but for a limit of 25 people in that small pool there were not enough lounge chairs (only 7) and 5 chairs, which one was being used by an employee sitting in it smoking so we left we went back about an hour later the employee left so we took the chair, the pool was not that great as the rules are posted clearly on the side which...

"The main lobby was busy and loud"

"There is a small gym. Breakfast was individually wrapped muffins and packets of oatmeal which was less than expected . The room was disappointing and not welcoming."

"The room was clean, but it was not easy to find due to confusing road signs from the interstate. Also, for some reason, the fridge was unplugged, causing a musty smell. Everything else was great, except there was no power for a while because someone hit a transformer, so no light in the morning for a while. But that was not the hotel's fault. I would say again"

"The property was conveniently located near Valley Forge, The King of Prussia Mall and connecting expressways to New Jersey and Downtown Philadelphia. The breakfast was good and parking was easy. We had asked for a crib which did not appear until our second night at the property, although we had reserved it in advance. On our last night some sludge creeped into our bathtub. The maintenance folks showed up the following day. We were offered to change rooms, but the new room didn't meet our needs....

"Place was fine for the price, staff were nice and helpful, and the place was close to where I needed to be. But the rooms felt like they hadn’t been touched up in year. Good for the price they are asking for."

"Easy parking"

"Outdated. Floors outside not vacuumed. Side door is propped open all the time so anyone can sneak in from there without a card key. Pillows are bricks. Spring beds with that plastic covering you find in a dorm room or prison bed. The fan that circulates the air from the living to bedroom did not work, so I had to sleep in hot heat. Sink's drain plug was half assed fixed with blue tape. Price for what you get sucks, but unfortunately it's the cheapest option around there."

"When arriving the lady at front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I actually felt like I was bothering her by ringing the bell then we got to the room and there was no cold water. My husband had to take a shower and scorching hot water. Then room comes with the kitchenette, but no utensils or pots. They were all utilized by people that live in the hotel."
